In this workshop Karl Tomm will review the original model and go on to describe the recent developments and the potential contribution to both therapy and organisational fields.  His presentation will be illustrated with examples of his own work.

 

The workshop is relevant to all professionals wishing to extend their skills in the creative use of questions in clinical and organisational contexts.

Karl Tomm is the Professor of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine and Director of Family Therapy Programme at the University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  He is a leader in the field of systemic, narrative theory and social constructionist approaches in the therapy context.  His most recent work in collaboration with Carsten Hornstrup has been to revisit and revise his previous work, Interventive Interviewing.
